Bellu Development LLC (“Bellu Development,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains the information handled through BelluDevelopment.com and how we use it.
Information you provide
When you complete a project inquiry or contact us, you may provide your name, work email address, organization, phone number, role, project details, anticipated budget, timeline, and other information you choose to share.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information through the project inquiry form.
Project inquiries and drafts
When inquiry delivery is available, your completed form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to Bellu Development through Resend. Resend processes the contents of the inquiry to transmit the email. Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and interaction signals to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
If electronic delivery is temporarily unavailable or not configured in a preview environment, the form may save a draft in your browser’s session storage instead. That draft remains on your device for the current browser session and is not sent to Bellu Development.
Website analytics
We use Umami analytics, served through analytics.bellu.dev, to understand site traffic and improve the experience. Analytics may process technical information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser and device type, approximate location, performance measurements, and interaction events. Our tracker is restricted to Bellu Development’s production domains, respects supported Do Not Track settings, and excludes URL query strings. Inquiry analytics record progress and success or failure events, not form answers or contact details. We do not use this site to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
How we use information

Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers including Resend for inquiry-email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. We may also use providers to host the website and operate our business. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and business information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or ask us to delete it when applicable. You can also control browser storage and similar technologies through your browser settings.
Children
This website is intended for business and organizational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
